I’m surprised no one has mentioned this. Discord now has an overlay where you can type in Discord whilst in game, I mean I’ve seen that happen with other games, so why not this one?

You probably don’t have the overlay enabled for Tower Unite. It’s an option for all games hidden deep within your settings menu!
Just click the little monitor beside the game you want the overlay in and you’re set for life.
It seems to be turned off by default for most games which is a little odd, but the option’s still there. No need for the devs to get involved

Tower Unite has its own chat.
With the upcoming release of Global Chat I’m not too sure they would want to add discord overlay.

Sinera is right. You’re probably thinking of Rich Presence, which does require the devs to implement it themselves. The overlay is developed entirely by Discord, so Pixeltail don’t need to do anything to get it working.

I think that is what I meant.
Look up Discord Rich Presence in the search bar and you’ll see plenty of this same suggestion. The devs even responded to some.
What I meant was no one in this community has mentioned this game should have Rich Discourse. It would certainly help players check updates of this game provided they are in the Discord.
Of course the Forums help too… This is just a suggestion.
it’s probably turned off by default because it doesn’t cooperate well with some games and broke things, but they have re done it so maybe it doesn’t do that now, but i guess they’re just playing it safe.

Yes. I took that screenshot at the time of posting. That is the update.
If you’re referring to rich presence:
That doesn’t mean you need to re-suggest it.
