am I going crazy or are the icons below the 3rd cherry changing between bar and diamond?
There could just be more than one cherry on each reel.

Cherry probably appears several times per reel, it’s more common
i’m trying to figure out which order each icon comes in (on the third payline):
this is what I have so far plus chery, diamond and cherry, bar being somewhere
this might be it
Just use video recording software and slow it down 
Edit: just noticed that I got lucky with triple oranges first spin
