This week, we’re going to get our Workshop Rental Store beta out to you all! We also have some information on Dedicated Condos, Pets, Items, and the Plaza!

Condo Contest
The June/July 2025 Condo Contest has begun, and the theme is Restaurants & Stores! Your submission can be a build from ANY TIME! The submission period ends on July 6th, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT. Check out the rules and prizes here: June/July 2025 Condo Contest (Restaurants & Stores)
Workshop Rental Store
Development on the Workshop Rental Store has completed and it’s now ready to go for the public beta! Optimizations were completed for the load-in process, and server travel was also completed!
Dedicated Condo Server Launcher
Dedicated Condos have had significant progress. We finally have the Condos connecting to our server list and are joinable!!
We created a launcher (Windows only) that helps with starting a dedicated condo with all the available settings. This launcher will edit all the configuration files and command lines for you, along with an import system to import condo data to your dedicated condo.
A lot of behind the scenes work went into getting the dedicated condos working. We’re aiming to get dedicated condos in the next public beta.
Pets
The pet love and energy system has been implemented. This will allow pets to perform actions based on their affection level and energy levels.
We’ve also been defining the cat and dog breeds and variations so that players will have plentiful options for their furry friends.
The adoption system was completed, and the store spawning system was completed as well.
Artwork for the Cat Café has been completed as well!
Work on the dog adoption area (the dog park) is also being done. The dog park will be located in the grassy area by the backer statue garden and Monorail station.
New Items
Work was completed on new items including portable toilets and outhouses, and several new note items such as the menu chalkboard, bulky tablet, and Aquaslate.
Playable Plaza Instruments Return
And as a small thing, we’ve finally re-implemented the playable instruments in Songbirds after their long absence!

I hope we get all of items from that place to decorate Condo with!! Dog park is so cute oh my god. i love the playable instruments being brought to Songbirds store!! ^o^ i’m very excited about dedicated condos- honestly I love everything. lol
