Deafened icon next to usernames that have voicechat disabled

If someone turns voicechat off or down to 0, it should show a deafened icon next to their username in tab menu and when q is pressed.

I don’t like wasting my breath to people who aren’t even listening to my words of wisdom, especially when I’m trying to teach someone a hole-in-one trickshot on minigolf only to have to retype everything I just said.

Edit: As vtipoman said, also add a deafened icon for people who mute/block you.

It should be the same with people that have muted you. (If it isn’t the case already, I’m not sure…)

I don’t think muting people notifies others, yet. Good addition.
