In the settings menu, there should be a whole section on draw distance.
For players, particles, detail, etc.

I agree completely. Until more optimization is done (yes, I know it’s a constant process, but it can take a lot of work) allowing people to customize their draw distance and other things like particles could really help the people who have fps issues in the plaza due to the amount of content stuffed into the map.
