Controls for the Billiards room media player

I couldn’t find this already posted so heres mine.
I want to be able to turn off the media player in the Billiards room of the arcade like how you can for the rest of the media players throughout the plaza by just pressing E to turn them off. And having it default to off.

It defaults to on and it plays for all 3 tables whether you want it to or not.

You can’t adjust the volume or turn it off while in a game, (or at all for that matter)

I have to rework how the media queue interacts with games, currently while in games the media queue isn’t compatible. I am planning on working on a fix hopefully within the next update after this hot fix.
