How about some whitelists for condo’s guests? That allow they spawn their own items, because the ‘body pillow party’, isn’t that sounds great? And a lot more options come with it, but whitelist will be protect for undesirable situations.

This is both planned and has been suggested plenty of times. Advanced Condo stuff is far off but it will come.
I’m still waiting on a way to edit the blacklist.
