Condo trophy issue

(I have already post this on the gmtower forums, but since it is closing, ill post it here. Anyways)

Thank god I found out that I wasn’t the only one to be unable to get my trophies/rare items back.
I have tried the ‘Reset-Condo’ forum for Months now, and I still can’t find a way to get them back. I know Gmtower is closing in about a year, but those items are important to me. Not trying to be dramatic or annoying, but does anyone have ANY idea how to resolve this? <:(

I agree, i have that same problem and i don’t think they’d go to resolve the issues considering they’ve got to work on TU, plus it’s not like anything will be transferred

Good question! I need to make a graphic to properly explain it, but… When you boot up Tower Unite and you have an existing GMod Tower account, it will prompt you with a conversion window. From there the converter will match items, awards, etc. that exist in Tower Unite. If an item or award does not exist in Tower Unite, it will credit you the full GMC worth of it, but in Units (the new currency). As for your GMC, it will transfer into Units. 1:1 ratio?
1:2 ratio?
