Be nice for a way to see how much you have spent on your condo so you can budget easier
I don’t know if it would actually help for budgeting (you’ve already spent the money, after all), but it would certainly be a fun statistic to see.

I could totally see milestones for having condos with X net worth. It’d be a nice little bonus for players who put a lot of resources into decorating.

Would be kind of hard to keep track of when you bought something in a sale (upcoming feature) though, they’d have to assign the purchase price to each item you have.
Net worth wouldn’t take into account sale prices, I don’t think. A sale is just a temporary reduced price, after all, not a complete reduction of the item’s worth.
Pretty sure theres a way to invoke from like the Q menu all the items currently placed in your current condo. They all have values attached, maybe make a running Unit total counter?
