Hi there. I apologize if some of this is already covered and I admit my ideas may not be good or silly but just giving out my idea suggestions to see if anybody else agrees. I love this game but I see way more potentional so therefore I have the following suggestions in mind…

1: AI generator: Animating or Building something from scratch piece by piece for our condo takes a long time Maybe there could be a way we could purchase a Ai animating generator or a item generator from one of the plaza stores and then when we will type in what we need such as for example “a black leather couch” and the Ai will generate something that looks like a black leather couch we could put in our condo or since I’m building a city for my condo we could tell the Ai generator we need a big airport building that is enterable with a elevator, security check point, ticket counter, etc inside and the Ai generator will give us that, and we could edit the textures, delete walls, pillars, etc stuff inside the Ai item generator that we want to change, or add stuff we want to put in there.

2: Payroll: We should be able to have condo employees we could pay that help us run stuff such as working the ticket booth or a concession stand at the movies, cleaning up messes, or run a arcade to make sure the claw machine is filled, games are working, etc or running our stores if a condo payment is introduce.

3: Businesses: Condo owners should be able to have their own store where they can make tshirt, pants, etc designs and be able to sell it to other players. They could make more and stock the shelfs everytime they run out to keeps them busy.

4: Fishing area: I think it would be nice to have a designated fishing area we could put in a spot ourselfs.

5: Condo payment: We should be able to set up a condo payment where we could sell stuff.

6: Condo Arcade: Have machines from the arcade put into our condo and be able to put our own prizes inside the claw machine that is either real prizes they could win or something that they could put in their condo, and let it run out of tickets where we have to refill it, or if the machine breaks we have to fix it, or if a ball or something is missing we have to replace it kinda like a real arcade ownership.

7: Condo Casino: Let us put gambling machines in our condos.

8: Condo always open: We should be able to choose if we have to keep our condo open even though we are not online or close it where nobody can join when it opens.

9: Bowling: We should be able to put bowling in our condos with a score tracker. Design our own bowling balls for people to buy from.

10: Movie sounds: I wish the sounds from the TV screens made the soround sound to feel like we are in the movies.

11: Screen Dome canvas: We should be able to have a Screen Dome Canvas like inside the las vegas sphere.

12: Copy condo owners: There is stuff other people in their condo they build that looks amazing. If a condo owner allows it we could use a copy cat system to take what that condo owner built and put it in our condo too without having to build it from scratch.

  1. I have mixed to unfavourable opinions on generative AI, especially considering the majority training data of generative AI algorithms tends to be content used without permission and work stolen from someone else without credit

  4. I believe anything being governed by AGC for condos (eg. winning units and items) is entirely off the cards (with the exception of 5), besides which fishing in condos will ruin fishing in plazas as a chill social activity, and not all condo maps have prebuilt water

  6. This is the point of LibRetro, minus the maintenance of machines and the winning of prizes, which I have already covered in 4.

  8. Dedicated condos are planned; you will still need to either A: Rent a server to do the hosting for you, or do the hosting yourself

  9. Definitely yes, workshop or canvas bowling balls would be nice

  10. This would require TU or UE4’s audio system to support Dolby 5.1 Surround, and currently it is not possible for audio streams from media players to be proximal since media is piped through a web browser (Chromium in this case)

  11. Definitely absolutely yes

  12. Prefabs are planned but will be ultimately the creator’s decision to upload and share them, what you can do in the mean time is take screenshots of what you like from designs that you see and use those as a reference

Disagreed. A lot of that stuff would fit in great with the Condo aspect, even if it was just animations you could put in. It wouldn’t have to be functional to be nice, and it would work great if we might be able to give our owned items/weapons and accessories to NPCs, as well as set animations for them.

Once again, disagreed. Not everyone wants to fish with people in public Plazas as it can often get annoying with people spamming mic, trying to obscure your view by standing in front of you. What about people wanting to fish on their own or with friends in private? Should they not be allowed to do what they want? Yes, Tower Unite is a social game, but you are forgetting a couple of things: First, we already have dedicated Plaza servers so technically, you can already do fishing alone/with friends in private Plazas and not be public with it. Second, we can already play quite a few of the Game Worlds solo/with friends only as well. Last, Condos can already be hosted solo/for friends only too. All of those things take away from social, public fun/activities party aspect part of Tower Unite in their own ways but we allow them. Your provided reasons sound closer to excuses for not allowing people to do X, Y or Z, rather than anything legitimate.

In what way does any of this relate to what friend4life was suggesting in point 2? TU is not a sims game or a realtime strategy/simulator type of game

All I am saying is keep the ancap techbro nonsense out of TU, which includes but is not limited to: item trading, unit trading or exchange for the purposes of real world profiteering, cryptocurrency, NFTs, AI, etc.

Not everyone wants to fish with people in public Plazas as it can often get annoying with people spamming mic, trying to obscure your view by standing in front of you or trying to annoy you with their own fishing minigame circles.

The problem of allowing fishing and gambling inside condos is that without AGC it becomes unregulated — this is why most of friend4life’s suggestions are dead in the water

Like billiards; Poker and Bowling could theoretically work in condos, but it would have to be entirely on a passive, friendly, and non-competitive basis ie. no possibility of earning or losing units

PS. Also please stop using Generative AI to write your replies for you, because given your post history there is no way a human could have written them, because I am seeing fallacies, contradictions, and general grammatical errors often in them. Quite frankly it stinks of Uncanny Valley.

I never implied that it connects with their second point, but maybe I should have had clarified on that. I’m against all that you listed out as much as almost everyone else. I just suggested this as it could provide harmless, fun animations and other things for NPCs to do around the Condo. And since there are some (not confirmed) plans, to let the NPCs use player’s accessories and maybe owned items/weapons, this could tie in to that aspect - Same with the planned simple pathing systems for NPCs that will be able to walk and do some simple things which I know is actually confirmed to be planned, just can’t quite remember where I found it. Believe me when I say it, I also don’t want any real life currency trading, NFTs, etc. in Tower Unite, just improvements to existing systems and give the game more life, fun, things to do.

Let me ask you, who said anything about AGC specifically? Is there a requirement somewhere that Condo fishing would be required to give you units or Condo currency? I’m not seeing why it couldn’t just be an activity to do with friends or by yourself with no in-game currency of any kind as motivation to do it - As a matter of fact, there have been people suggesting that very thing in the past as well already.

PS. Not only is this irrelevant to the thread - No one except from you is going to fall for an obvious (but very poorly executed) attempt at trolling and rage baiting as well. Don’t you have anything better to do in life than this? A school to attend? Job to do? Family or friends to take care of? Maybe some other interests or passions to follow and use your limited time in life on? Either way, I will be clear and blunt with my response to you: If you are going to continue your attempts at trolling and rage baiting people, you will simply end up ignored or blocked. I have no intention of wasting my time on people like you more than necessary - There’s multiple different things to do in life and to spend my time on, and I have already took far too long to write this out.
