Luxury mansion (like the one from Cluedo) with several floors, big rooms like conservatory, cellar, billiard room, library, lounge and a big garden.
Next best thing to this is the Courtyard Villa, even if it has less rooms
Though you could suggest for more rooms to be added to the villa

Courtyard Villa is nowhere near being a luxury mansion. It’s a fairly small, single story (or is it 2?) vacation home. Most of the space is taken up by the titular courtyard. Highrise is actually way closer to what he’s asking for but even that is still just a penthouse apartment, not a massive mansion. It personally would love something like this, as I’m a huge fan of Victorian-style mansions.
