Condo I/O: Add "open range" as an I/O setting for doors

Would be nice to have such a setting, as an example for an elevator, a clean way to make a moving platform actually is to remove the frame of the airlock door item, and to stretch super high the door itself.
That way you can make multiples floors the more range I/O values you have.

Side note: That airlock door item moves way too fast, meaning that door’s speed can also have their own IO values?

I believe it’s a good idea to expose door speed and range to IO.
