So I had this idea that would be pretty cool such as a feedback board item, this could be bought from a store and placed in a condo at any location, this could allow people that visit your condo to give feedback on it or say anything about it which only the condo owner could see.
YES. Absolutely, like a notice board, I would love this!

agreed but the better case is like you can use BBcode to enrich your own feedback.
What about an item like the notepad, but you can choose a setting for anyone to add notes to it? You could set limits on how much each player could write and you could have a setting to have the player’s name next to their note.

this point, i would wish this feature could also come with allowing the commenters to edit their feedback.

If I recall correctly, a similar item (i.e. the comment box) is being worked on.
