You mean like making maps in a separate editor?
Custom maps would be cool; though I think they should cost units to use like the workshop furniture; maybe buy slots that you can install custom condos into.
There also is that mysterious under construction room in the condo hub…

The blocked-off room in the Condo Hub is going to be the physical location equivalent of the current Workshop Creations menu.
