Change Condo spawn-point

I don’t really need to explain it, but what if I wanted to change the location I enter or respawn in the Condo? This would be VERY helpful in Smooth Dirt Condos that are all about turning the map into something completely different.

right now you can trap the spawn point with some walls and a ceiling and put a teleporter in there that brings the players to the other spawn

Load-in item

I just realized that we might want a spawn in item. What happens when you build an awesome structure off away from the platform in Smooth Dirt and people load in in the middle platform all the time? I’d rather them spawn at the front door, or right where I want them to spawn. It should be placeable just like any furniture item.
