I cant find any official pixeltail lobbies on the server list, is this normal?

I don’t think this is a bug.
They already downed their official servers during the 0.1.0.2 (i don’t remember why)
Nothing/Nobody told their back on the game! 
and that’s a nice arguement to go on harry’s server

They took down their servers until the new update because of issues with voice chat/rules/moderation (something like that, don’t remember entirely). They said they would be up after the update, but I’ve been away for a bit so I don’t know the current status.
