I’ve never played Buzz! (the quiz show on the PlayStation), but I’ve seen Buzz! Quiz World on YouTube to see how large the game show was designed. My suggestion would be crazy if I can occasionly add options to…

  • Pieing Round - Throw cream pies (if one player answered correctly, let you throw a pie at someone or yourself).
  • In The Gak - Dump in the pool of green smile (if you answered incorrectly, or the others go up one step if one player answered correctly)
  • The Thief and the Quizzer - Answer correctly to steal other player’s points.
  • Gotta Quiz Fast! - The faster you answer, the more you’ll earn points.
  • The Final Destination - A final round where you need to answer first to gain time to survive, or you’ll be eliminated.

And the list goes on in the original PS2/3 game.

I love Buzz Quiz TV, and I would love a gameworld like

Other rounds I would like are

The bomb - where you play hot potato with a bomb and can only pass the bomb by answering correctly.

High stakes - You bet points before the question is revealed

The critical part would be to make it feel like a TV studio game show. Audience, voice-acted TV host, and an option for narrated questions if possible.

Suggestion for customization options;

Buzzer sound, TV host cosmetics, victory emotes

Support for Buzz! buzzers would rock… the wired ones are easy cus they’re literally just a generic HID device
