Apologies in advance if some of these have been suggested before, but here I have compiled together a list of some existing models found in the plaza & elsewhere that could be made into buyable items with less overall effort than making fresh items from scratch.
Vending Machines
Probably one of the most suggested from other threads, but they would make for useful props, even if they weren’t usable. Would look nice especially in the new theater condo or future community condos.Could possibly include the blue light glow effect (could even make the exterior colorable)
Metal Counters
As seen in the plaza cinema and food shop, these would look nice in the theater condo and elsewhere.
Street Lights
As seen in plaza an house condo (banner version could be extra and even possibly made a canvas)
Guitars
As seen in the plaza music store, possibly planned to be added later as ‘playables’ but adding it here anyways.
Wall Speakers
As seen in the theater condo and plaza music shop.
Potted Plants
As seen in the casino.
Floor Lamp
Also found in the casino.
Big Ceiling Light

Big Table
Seen in DevHQ, perfect for big meetings.
Car
We have the RC Car now we can scale up, but why not a normal looking car too? Perfect for the house condo’s garage. Would also be nicer if made colorable.
