Bring back the Legacy Mode for Text Hats (with support for hiding via F5)

The reason why I’m complaining about it from the get-go is the fact that the text hat, at least on the client-side, doesn’t even work half the time. Personally, I used the legacy text hat for that exact reason and have been doing so since January 2023.

This is now fixed.
