Hello Bone Zone fans, and possible people out of the loop allow me to bring you up to speed.

The Bone Zone was an impromptu talk show that I threw together with some friends after last years Halloween event in good ol’ Gmod Tower. The show was based heavily on the idea of not having any real script or planning, and allowing things to just sort of happen. It’s more of an experience then something to be explained properly, so I’ll leave a few links from those who were sweet enough to record it last year.

This year I’ve been asked several times if I was going to be doing season 2, but I honestly didn’t feel up to the task. There were a lot of factors that made me feel neither I nor Tower Unite were ready for The Bone Zone, including the all important lack of skeleton player models. So here we are at almost the end of October, I felt like my mind was made up. There would be no Bone Zone, until upon further asking by the community and finding out there WILL be a Halloween patch. I asked myself “Why not.”

So to clarify, no we are not going to be making season 2 yet, but why not make a one night special.
In regular Bone Zone fashion, we’re never super punctual, and we never really know what we’re doing. So lets just say Tonight sometime around 10 or 11pm EST I’ll make sure to update the thread if anything changes.

Anyone who wants to stop by, have a seat, and enjoy the haphazardly slapped together show we’re throwing together, feel free to come on down. You’re always welcome on The Bone Zone.

Whoops, I realized a big mistake I made in making this, and have to put a giant

Disclaimer :

The Bone Zone 1 Night Special will not be happening until the Halloween patch is out.
I herd it would be out more then likely by tonight, so I planned for it to be tonight. If it comes out too late and not enough people will be able to make it, or things come up you can expect a Bone Zone Postpone. Again, I’ll try and keep the thread updated as much as possible, I do apologize for things being so short notice and last minuet, but again planning isn’t our strong suit. Please be patient, stand by for updates, spread the word, and have a pleasant evening guys and ghouls.

I recall reading something about an update coming out at 2am, which if it’s PDT that’s 5am for me so.
There’s a good chance we’ll be playing a special called :

Eh, what the hell, i’ll try to make it. I kinda missed out on the Bone zone thing, but i remember Rob a whole lot, and it will bring back a lot of GMT memories! But, I cant make it on Sunday for reasons, so if it happens then, have fun, and may the :skull_crossbones:s be with ya’ll!

@Blasphemous I know I can always count on you being there. :wink: There’s always a spot on our couch for ya!

@Tanooki_Jon Aww, I appreciate it! Don’t think I’ll ever forget you being present for the VERY FIRST (XXX) bone zone, back when it was more of a HUSH HUSH experience. Even if you can’t make it we’ll rattle some bones in your honor my man. :slight_smile:

Tomorrow 11pm EST.

We’ve decided to postpone, to get the word out for tonight. A handful of people have told me they wouldn’t be able to make it on such short notice, and I do apologize for that. I honestly didn’t plan on doing it this year, but once I got into the spirit it became obvious that I have to do it.
We might not be exactly on time, I’ll let everyone know whats going on, and try to organize things as best as I can.

@rythian I actually did place it, but a witch came in and put a spell on it so…

In a total Bone Zone spirts, we’re a bit fashionably late. Apologies, the show will go on, but we’re just waiting to see if a special guest can make an appearance. Please be patient with us while things are set up.
