First off, you’ll need to fix the pictures as they aren’t showing up.

Second off, what are your system specs? If they don’t meet the minimum requirements, there’s not much we can do for you.

my spec,
Processor 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7
Ram 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphic Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

I’m not an expert on computer specs, but it looks like your computer doesn’t quite meet the minimum requirements (specifically, it looks like your graphics card isn’t powerful enough). I honestly don’t know if your computer is the cause of the black screen, but it’s a possibility. Again, though, I don’t know much about hardware; it could be a bug with the game, I can’t say for certain.

Seeing as you have an Intel Iris Pro, that could explain why it’s not working properly. Integrated graphics on CPUs often have performance issues with the game, and they do not meet the minimum system requirements of the game unfortunately.
