Maybe putting that in this thread may help organize things a bit.

These things are in there own threads for a reason!
They are so that the devs can gauge what the community wants using the VOTE button!
I think something like this falls under a special case, similar to why items have the item megathread. It’s not a unique feature being suggested here, it’s a variation on what is already present (in this case, a condo variant). That’s how I see it, anyways.
I gotta be honest, though, a small beach house would be pretty cool, especially if it had a large, natural island to decorate on.
