I think that the Pluck-A-Pal Crane Milestone should act as a grapple hook, that you could either hold left click to attach to a surface and swing around from and right click to quickly pull yourself towards. I think it’d be a fun way to get around the plaza and condos. It’d also be a worthy milestone.
