Actually i can definatly host if i know what port it is 
I also have already watched that video, i found it quite funny 
Hit ctrl+J and say “keep file” or whatever. My chrome did same thing.
You don’t actually have to redownload it, just press ctrl+J to open your chrome downloads and click ‘Recover Malicious File’.
