I wish to suggest the creation of an urban mini golf course:

creating moving objects ( vehicles on the street and people walking around ) that will impede a golf ball from moving through the hole

that pot holes in a road surface cause the ball to change direction

that storm drains could be used for “hole in 1” shots

Making a hole that starts on top of or inside a water tower and coming out in a city fountain

the use of one way streets that you have to obey when completing some holes

you could have a hole in a skateboard park
-
you can have a water front hole where the ball has to stay on a pedestrian pathway

have construction equipment moving into place blocking the perfect path for the golf ball after a certain # of seconds
-
have the golf ball go down into the subway, get onto the subway and then exit at the following stop where you putt the ball into the hole

have a hole where you start in the parking lot of a shopping mall, putt the ball into a continually revolving door and into a hole

have a hole where you putt around the 4 bases of an outdoor baseball playing field
