Have a Option that can stop the Animated Scoreboards. (just like how there’s an option to stop animated avatars on steam)
also, have another option to remove icons and make it background only on the scoreboards.
reason for this suggestion: i beginning to feel like this is one of the things that not only keeps kicking me out of the server, but also keeps crashing the game. (which is why there’s a Scoreboard bug that’s now noticeable from the Update 0.18.4.0)
The scoreboard crash is not related to the animated scoreboard materials.
oh. well then it’s worth a suggestion anyways. (even if the animated scoreboard materials causes other things besides the scoreboard crash)
To be fair, I don’t mind them, but I would like to have an option to disable them too. Or have a setting to turn them into static ones 
Not everyone needs or is a fan of animations, as nice as they may be, so you could consider that perspective as well :3
Honestly, would prefer an option to not see any banners at all as a accessibility feature.
(I should make a topic for that really lol)
I mean, could be a separate option along just being able to turn the animated ones into static versions. But yeah, having the option to just disable them outright sounds nice too.
