As has been already reported, there’s currently a bug where resetting your character in the nightclub won’t stop the music after respawning.
As of late, I’ve enjoyed utilizing the bug to listen to the music in the club while fishing. However, it is still a bug, meaning it’s bound to get fixed sooner or later. While I know it’s a long shot, I think it’d be cool to get some alternate method to do the same thing without exploiting a bug, such as a purchasable portable music player, as the linked post suggests.
It would also be cool if you could tune into “radio stations” that play videos/songs from the queues of the media players in the plaza (nightclub, theater, project 12, etc) or a condo
