I have weapons disabled on a Location Volume and it seems to disable the Tower Glove.
Idk I feel like this should be allowed since it’s an admin only tool?
I would be up for this if there was a separate setting to control this. Sometimes you might not want even your friends that you share admin permissions with to have an access to this for one reason or another.

To me it’s just an extension of the condo editor which is always active regardless of permissions.
