Allow the ability to move the camera on the RC sleigh with the mouse

I love the RC sleigh and the RC vehicles but it feels really uncomfortable to use because you cant move the camera in third person. I tested Biggie Spanks race track and I couldn’t see much of the course in the tighter areas because my camera was constantly fixed to one position.

you can move it by holding the right mouse button.

What rrmm said, but it would be nice if it wasn’t locked by default.
