Adding a Voice Chat Muffle Toggle

There have been a couple times where someone has walked behind some small bit of workshop furniture, or just any furniture in general, and their voice chat gets muffled and I can’t understand them all that well.

That’s why I think it would be nice if there was a way to toggle the Voice Chat Muffling on and off.

Yeah a lot of new people join my condo, try to talk to me through the walls, and I never have any idea what they’re saying lol. I really wish we could toggle a global voice chat, in condos at the very least.
