They can be a bit much, and really mess with encoding at a reasonable bitrate. So an option to turn them off could be nice if someone were to plan on streaming or recording gameplay of Accelerate. Especially because you’re required to drift non-stop if you want to win, they’ll be on screen the entire race.

Well I guess that’s one way to do it.
Yeah I’ve been thinking about it a lot and after I removed them, it gave the game a more open feeling.
