Have you ever used the code on a different account? If not, and you have proof that YOU are the owner of the key or made the payment for that key. Im sure @macdguy can help you out.
(But do not post personal details onto this thread)
The CD key you used is single use only, and someone else took it before you.

Forum post CD key (on the picture) --> someone decided to give it for free, already used, sorry
E-mail CD key (received after indiegogo) --> should work, if not, you should get another one
That was a free CD key given out by a fan, not us.
