About the Visibility Volume function

Am I using it incorrectly?
So I thought Pressing Collect was the thing that handles hiding things.
But it hides everything that touches without “Collecting” with button.

Here’s an example I’m trying to do.
I wanted the room, a Bathroom in this case to hide this plushie right?

The moment I overlay it with the volume it hides it.

I figured “Oh, maybe It’s previewing it or something.”

I hit “Collect” just to insure it works with the volume.

Then I make the volume big so the plush item can be seen.

I thought if I just make a volume that plush item is the only thing it will shown and hide it to save performance.
But then this happened.

The default door that I haven’t collected was hidden.
Until I go inside the volume.

I dunno if this is a bug or The Visibility volume just grabs things without collecting it.
I wanted close rooms to hide things, not the doors and windows.

TLDR;
I wanted to hide certain items and not have volume grab everything. Is that possible?

It’s designed to hide everything inside the volume, not a selection of items.

I am making a setting to toggle this.
