I don’t how to explain it better.
It gets tiring to typing the condo title over and over again.

If you use the same titles anyway, why not make it easier to just click on past condo titles?

Once you click in the title box, the list of old Condo titles appears so it can easily be clicked on to reuse title!

Of course, maybe it’ll need to filter out the word “18+” in the title.
Otherwise it might say:
“My Hidden Resort 18+” which then
changes to “My Hidden Resort 18+ 18+”
after the condo is loaded in.
Due to how Mature Checkbox will auto add “18+” to the title.

Maybe if this becomes a thing in the future.

The 18+ should be rework.

I think currently if you label your condo as Mature anyway. You’re force to have “18+” regardless.

If the condo is going to have that red/pink “Mature” Tag anyways, That 18+ adding to the title shouldn’t be needed.

Thus my Suggestion can be work in.
