Despite cleanly installing the game on my new computer a couple days ago, all canvas textures never load, either displaying the “failed to load” texture or the “loading” texture forever. This applies to both canvas textures I apply myself and those in other players’ condos. Likewise, the patch notes also fail to load, with the popup saying they failed to load “due to error”. Everything else in the game seems to function perfectly normal aside from this.
Steps to Reproduce
The bug is constant, from the moment the game is launched.
What I expected to happen
Canvas decals and patch notes successfully load.
What happened
They don’t.

As stated earlier, this is a clean install on a new computer. I have not played the game in roughly 9 months, due to hardware issues on my old PC.
