[1.1.4.0] Damage Volume type "Pixel" sets camera to origin

When dying to a damage volume with damage type set to “Pixel”, the camera (and possibly also the effect) is moved to the map origin on death instead of following your body.

Steps to Reproduce

Spawn a damage volume

Set its damage type to Pixel

Die to it

What I expected to happen

Camera stays put/follows corpse.

What happened

Camera is moved to the map origin point and drops a single pixel cube there.
