[1.1.2.1] Volumes moves a little after non-hosts' position changes

This bug is.. hard to explain but I’ll try my best.
Please watch the video to see what I mean.

Whenever non-host players moves volumes using XYZ arrows and when you finish moving them; you’ll see that volumes always slightly move a bit; you can’t position volumes in decimal digits; their decimal digits always gets rounded; if that makes sense.

Steps to Reproduce

-Join someone’s condo as non-host
-Have full builder permissions
-Place any volume
-Move it around using XYZ arrows and stop.
-After stopping, you’ll notice that volume moves slightly every time if their position is in decimal values

What I expected to happen

I expect volumes to stay exactly where you leave them

What happened

Volumes kept moving themselves a bit off from where you place them.

Notes / Media

Only volumes (and movers) behaves this way for non-host players specifically!
That doesn’t happen when you move any canvas, furniture, NPCs, etc.
Hosts doesn’t experience this either.
This doesn’t occur if you move them using grid / snapping as long they aren’t in decimal digits

Here’s a video. I included a clip where you can see I make changes to decimal digits and it changed to .0 after I close and open the Manipulate window.

Decimal digits on Volume’s position values isn’t supposed to change or round up / down; number itself doesn’t change until you close and open window but Volume’s movement does match whatever the position values is changed to.

This bug is pretty frustrating for me as I often use certain volumes like Comment, Dialogue, etc for really small details like door handles, etc and I’d make them a specific size and position them but they would keep making themselves off center and it drives me crazy, haha

Turns out that it’s not just volumes; movers also do this. They cannot be placed on decimal numbers for non-hosts only
