Summary of bug here
While placing a festive light bulb on a fence in my Condo Suite, it started glitching out visually after placement.
Steps to Reproduce

Enter a Condo Suite.

Open the inventory and select a Festive Light Bulb.

Place the bulb on a fence in the condo.

After placing the bulb, it starts visually glitching.
What I expected to happen
The festive light bulb should place normally on the fence and remain stable without any visual glitches.
