[1.1.2.1] Equipping items to hotbar has a chance of disabling other equipped items

Note: Test this in Plaza or in a condo with others. This does not trigger for me on single player.

Every single time you equip an item to your hotbar, there is a (high) chance that either the item you’re equipping, or another equipped item will simply stop functioning.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Equip wings
  2. Equip and unequip another item until the wings despawn and stop working

or

  1. Unequip wings
  2. Equip Wings
  3. Repeat until eventually equipped wings will not actually be equipped
