I am at the part of the holiday gift delivery where I am to give the fish at the tackle and bait a gift. There is no pillow to give them one though.

Do holiday gift quest until told to “someone’s gettinga brand new waterproof wizard hat”, and go look at the fish at the shop. Find that there is no pillow there.

Find a pillow to deliver the gift.
What happened
No pillow to deliver the gift, which locks me from doing any more of the quest goals.
