Self explanatory. all NPCS with dialogue will repeat their leave dialogue if you press Esc while their speech bubble is on the screen.
Yeah, this has happened to me as well.
Still happening as of 1.1.4.0, also happens very rapidly any time you crouch (B Button) with a controller. Can be a big distraction when playing libretro games
