It appears that shadows from placed lights have been entirely disabled regardless of whether or not they are set to do so.
Note, this was present since around the halloween update as well.
Do you have the shadow settings on?
Yep! In fact they’re on ultra. World lights still work fine. Just placed ones are bugged.
Update, looks like I fixed it. Apparently it was an issue with a recent nvidia driver. An update fixed it.
