[1.1.1.2] Dedicated Server Rules don't save

The Rules/Movement/Weapons for a dedicated server don’t appear to save to any file, so when the dedicated server reboots (such as to pick up an update), they are all back to on.

This is a particular problem for Allow Light Switch Use, Allow Size Potions, and Allow Movement Items in my opinion; I’ve had many players using the size potions and movement items to glitch through things like curtains

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Toggle options in Tab>My Condo>Rules off (I keep toggling Allow Light Switch Use, Allow Size Potions, and Allow Movement Items off)
  2. Then reboot the dedicated server
  3. All those rules default back to on, and don’t seem to save to any file, even if you manually push the Save button before disconnecting and rebooting.

What I expected to happen

I’d expect the rules to save the same way player permissions do, so when dedicated servers reboot, it can pick the rules back up, rather than having to get back in game that moment to reset the rules.

What happened

Because it doesn’t save, and I have my dedicated condo running in docker under a hypervisor, set to reboot once a day (just to make sure things are updated even if I don’t get on for a few days at a time because of work), players are turning off my lights that are in the resort map, which I can’t mark as locked without the rule toggle (which is annoying), and they keep using size potions & movement items to glitch through things like curtains, which I’ve set up to keep players out from areas I’m actively working on. I don’t object to the items being used this way, but the fact that I can’t keep them toggled off is not ideal.
