[1.0.1.0] Condo Hub rental cartridge doesn't respawn and can't be picked up if you leave the server while holding it

If you leave the Condo Hub while still holding a map cartridge, that cartridge will get dropped and won’t automatically return to the shelves. It also can’t be picked up.
