[1.0.0.0] WaterFall texture is missing

Important: Please include the version number of the game in the title! (for example: [1.0.0.0] Broken Feature).
The latest version is [1.0.0.0]

Summary of bug here.
The texture waterfall is simply dark grey textures for me. verifying files does not solve the problem either sadly.

Steps to Reproduce

Simply go into a condo and place down a blank canvas and select “Waterfall” for the texture
seems to happen with all canvas type

The normal behavior.

I remember someone having this issue when they ran the game in directx 10. Are you in dx10 or dx11?

i ususaly ruin in directX 10 but i just tried in 11 and i can see the texture normaly.
