When jumping into the plaza fountain, there is no water slash, however jumping around just outside of the fountain there is a water splash.
Steps to Reproduce
Jump in and just outside of the fountain in the plaza.
What I expected to happen
Splashy in water, no splashy on land.
What happened
No splashy in water, splashy on land.
