Summary of bug here:
Sitting on a game or anything while typing in chat and hitting G while typing say… “Great” would cause the decal to cover whatever you’re looking at… in my case I was on a slots machine and hit the G button cause I was typing a word with a G and it sprayed the Decal over the machine and made it so I cant see anything. Had to put the decal elsewhere cause they dont despawn over time…

- sit down and hit G while looking at something- makes decal activate. for me it was at the slots.
What I expected to happen
The normal behavior. Generally chat cancels out controls in most games, like if you have chat open, it doesnt allow the activation of tools and inputs other than chat.
What happened
The issue the bug caused… The decal happened.
