See title. If you attempt to bind a command to scrolling the mouse wheel up or down through the ingame settings menu, you will instead scroll the settings menu, and the input will not be registered. This means that without manually editing the game’s config files, scrolling the mouse wheel up/down can only be bound to thirdperson zooming out/in, respectively.
This is already fixed in the next update.
