While fishing at the Beach Side Pond on West 1 I was trying to find a place to cast and was rapidly clicking mouse1. I moved my mouse quickly upward and cast my line but got stuck in place and could not move my character or mouse, go into third person, and the fishing minigame did not start. Could not killbind or cancel cast with L-Ctrl. Could switch to other items in my hotbar and use them but was still stuck. Could use the RC plane but flying it and then cancelling it did not get me un-stuck. Moving the fishing rod out of my hotbar did not do anything, but moving it back in and selecting it allowed me to cast again. Cancelling this cast got me free.
