The fiddlewhirl is displayed under the equippable tag in the inventory and when you use the filter in the shop however I am unable to equip the fiddlewhirl because it is not present in the weapons hot bar.

The item is incorrectly tagged. It is a placeable item, not equippable.

Feel like it should be equippable to be fair though.
To add onto this, when placed and attempting to press “E” to spin, it doesn’t spin

I think he means that you should be able to spin it in your hand the same way you hold the glowstick for example
I actually meant it both ways, I feel like it should be an equippable item like the glowstick. But I also thought the spin function did not work.
I’ve just went back and tried holding E but it still doesn’t seem to spin
